The Historic District Commission of the Town of Laytonsville will conduct a public hearing on Application #HDWP 04-26 for the property located at 21400 Laytonsville Road owned by Laytonsville District Volunteer Fire Department on:

Application #HDWP 04-26 requests a Work Permit from the Town’s Historic District Commission for the removal of two small storage buildings and the erection of one larger building in their place. Section 127 of the Town of Laytonsville’s Zoning Ordinance requires an historic area work permit for performing any grading, excavating, constructing or substantially modifying, changing or altering the environmental setting of an historic site or an historic resource that is visible or intended to be visible from a public way.
Copies of the proposal will be available at the Town Hall during regular business hours and will be available at the hearing.
